30 Days Return Warranty

We pride ourselves on our product quality and strict quality control but to provide you with maximum peace of mind we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandise including stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference to photos, and major difference between the photographed product and the product received are subject to exchange within 30 days.

Please note that: The return or exchange policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment and size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color and fabric on our page.

1. Return Process

If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at support@camodeboutique.com

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a few pictures that displays the problem. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

2. Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.

3. Exchange & Refund

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.

4. Shipping Fees

CA Mode is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances:
Garment doesn't fit;
Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item.

5. Package Returned

Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.

6. The following return reason is not acceptable.

a. Color Difference: If any Customer complains that the color of the product is not the same as in picture, say them to be careful before buying it. We don't accept return due to color differences. There are many reasons for color difference, such as different cameras, different monitors, different light and environment, due to which the color differences cannot be avoided. We will try our best to reduce the color differences. Color difference cannot be used as the reason for return.

b. Item not "As Expected" or "As Described": We only guarantee the style and look of the Model. If it does not look the same on you, it would not be possible for us to guarantee the same Look as the Model. Each item is clearly described in the description. Please Email us if you require any clarifications regarding the product before your purchase. Item not as expected cannot be a reason for returning a product.

c. Special figure customers who complains about the Size: All items are true to size. Each item is provided with a size chart. Please read the size chart carefully and choose the appropriate size so that returning can be avoided.

d. We will not process refund or exchange if the buyer has returned the product without seller's permission. Please provide us your Email, Order ID, detailed reason for the item you would like to return.
